RESIGNATION OF BORDER HARRIERS

The BAL has received with regret the resignation of Border Harriers from Division 2 of the BAL because they have been unable to find a team manager for their BAL team.

Because the resignation has occurred between 1st January 2010 and 28th February 2010 the consequences of the resignation are regulated by Rule 119.3.

As a result Cambridge are promoted to National Division 2 and Havering are promoted to National Division 3.

The remaining place in Division 4 will in accordance with the rule be offered to the third placed club in the qualifying match.

17th February 2010
